2 nights / 3 days – nyerere National Park

**Children:

Children under 16 years may not be permitted on walking safaris – the camp management or ranger accompanying the walking safari has the right to stop a child from participating if they feel it is in their best interests of the safety of the individual or group

Day 1

Meet at Dar Es Salaam city center at 0700hrs and drive to nyerere National Park (approx. 6 hours).

Lunch at nyerere Jimbiza Camp followed by game drive in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at

nyerere Jimbiza Camp (outside the park)

Day 2

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the park. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive or boat safari (extra cost) where you will explore the different channels and lakes of the Rufiji River System, surrounded by hippos and crocodiles. A large variety of herons, storks, ducks, stilts, and other water birds may be seen. And you also see land mammals, such as giraffes and elephants. Meals and overnight at nyerere Jimbiza Camp

Day 3

After breakfast collect lunch boxes and drive back to Dar Es Salaam. Drop off in the city center.
